The Pittsburgh Steelers release Kendall Simmons
The Pittsburgh Steelers have released 29-year old offensive lineman Kendall Simmons. Simmons only played in 4 games (all starts) for the Steelers before his season ended due to him undergoing surgery to repair a ruptured Achilles Tendon. In 7 years with the Steelers, Simmons played in 80 games (all starts). He will likely get a chance to show what he can do in some team’s training camp due to his experience.
