The Pittsburgh Steelers totally dominated the Seahawks in every facet of the game yesterday.  The Steelers had possession of the football for 40:45 of the game yesterday!  Ben Roethlisberger did a good job of managing the game as he completed 18 of 22 passes for 206 yards with 1 TD pass and 0 interceptions.  Willie Parker was very busy as he carried the ball 28 times for 102 yards (3.6 ypc).  Najeh Davenport had an outstanding game too as he carried the ball 7 times for 58 yards (8.3 ypc) with 2 TD runs and he also caught 4 passes for 38 yards (9.5 avg).  Cedric Wilson stepped up due to the injuries the Steelers have suffered in the WR corps and he caught 5 passes for 69 yards (13.8 avg).  TE Heath Miller also had a solid game with 4 receptions for 44 yards (11.0 avg) and a TD.  The Steelers rushed for 163 yards on 41 carries (4.0 ypc) and they completed 18 of 22 passes for 179 yards.

The defense was outstanding for the Steelers against the Seahawks.  Reserve safety Tyrone Carter was tough as he had 6 tackles and 1/2 a sack.  Linebacker James Farrior also had a solid game with 5 tackles and 2 sacks.  The Steelers held the Seahawks to 38 yards rushing on 13 carries (2.9 ypc) and they completed 14 of 30 passes for 106 yards.

This was an amazing display of power football considering all of the injuries the Steelers have suffered the last couple of weeks.
