2. (46) LaMarr Woodley, DE/MLB
LaMarr Woodley is the type of defender that the Steelers like. He plays all-out, every down and he’s a playmaker when moving up the field. That’s why he projects to stay at DE or move to MLB in the Pros. Woodley stands and 6′1″, 269 pounds and runs a 4.75 40 so the physical tools are there. In 49 games at Michigan (33 starts), Woodley made 177 tackles, 52.5 tackles for a loss, had 24 sacks, batted down 5 passes, forced 10 fumbles and recovered 5 fumbles. Woodley was an outstanding pick by the Steelers in the 2nd round.
